Wister Lake (Google Map) is located two miles south of the town of Wister on US 270.
U.S. Corps of Engineers and Oklahoma State Parks manage campgrounds with full RV hookups and boat ramps. ODWC manages primitive camping sites and two boat ramps throughout on the Wister Wildlife Management Area.

May 30. Elevation is 18 ft. above normal (falling), water temperature 76°F and murky. (USACE Current Lake Level)
Bass, Largemouth Fair on buzz baits, plastic baits around brush structure, creek channels.
Catfish, Blue Good on cut bait, shad around main lake.
Crappie, White Fair on jigs, minnows around brush structure, main lake, river channel.
