Exercise Class Timetables 2025

Gentle Exercise Classes are available for people over the age of 50. The classes cater for all fitness levels and are one hour in duration. Charges apply and places are limited. For more information and to book contact: Lisa Embrey on 07773 326373 or Louise Colman on 07939 631131.

Walking Programme 2025

We provide a programme of weekly walks which are free of charge and take place every week from various locations across the district, all of which are led by qualified walk leaders. The walks vary in length and difficulty with routes suitable for all fitness levels. All new walkers will be required to complete a short registration form on arrival at your first walk.
