*Passengers paying the discounted fare must present a valid Roseville Transit Resident Discount photo ID card when boarding the bus. Visit us to obtain your discount ID card, it's $3 and takes less than 15 minutes. Be sure to bring your City of Roseville utility statement (electronic or printed) as proof of residency. If you are a Roseville resident who chooses not to obtain a discount ID, you pay the General Public fare. No other forms of identification are accepted for transit discounts.

The City is not be responsible for refunds of game tickets should a customer miss the bus for any reason including game start time changes.
Does the Game Day Express travel to other events at the Golden 1 Center?
Game Day Express only provides service to Kings regular season home games.
Can my child travel alone to Sacramento?
All youth, under age 18, need to be with an adult to travel on the Game Day Express.
Can I take a large group on the bus?
Yes. If you have a large group (25+) planning to take the Game Day Express, please give us advanced notice in case there is a way we can better serve your group’s needs.
I have a Resident Discount ID that I use on Roseville Transit's Commuter Service. Is this valid to receive the Game Day Express resident discount?
Yes, they are the same ID. You may present your Resident Discount ID when boarding the Game Day Express to receive the discount fare.
I have a Roseville Transit Commuter, Local, Dial-A-Ride Pass, or Connect Card. Are these valid to board the Game Day Express?
No. These are all different bus services, you will need to purchase Game Day Express tickets to ride.
I purchased my Game Day Express ticket online. Do I need to print a copy to board the bus?
No, the bus driver has a list of all passengers.
Why doesn't the bus stop directly in front of the Golden 1 Center?
For security purposes, public buses are not permitted to stop in the immediate vicinity of the Golden 1 Center. But don't worry, we stop just a quick 5 minute walk from the arena.
Can I be part of the fun without having a basketball ticket?
You don’t need to go to the game to experience downtown Sacramento. There are shops, restaurants, and other entertainment nearby. Buy a Game Day Express ticket and give it a try.
Can I leave my stuff on the bus?
We’re not responsible for anything left on the bus, so be sure to take valuables with you.
Can I bring food and drinks on board the bus?
Eating, except for medical emergencies, is prohibited on all transit vehicles. Non-alcoholic drinks are permitted provided they are in a spill-proof container secured with a screw-top lid. Please note: Golden 1 Center does not allow food or drinks (including water) to be brought inside.
Where are restrooms available?
You may use public restrooms in the Vernon Street Town Square, lobby of 316 Vernon St., or in the Sacramento Valley Station. There are no restrooms on Roseville Transit buses.
Can you accommodate riders with disabilities?
The Game Day Express can transport passengers with mobility devices provided they can be loaded and secured safely. The bus has a ramp and the ability to “kneel” by lowering the front steps, making boarding easier. All buses are equipped with securement areas for wheelchairs.
How will I learn if there’s a change in schedule?
If there is important information for passengers, information will be shared on
